E-Invite Nomination Form For Awards Corporate Table Form Silent Auction Submission Form RSVP Breaking News: Sports Person of the Year Announced - Dick Vitale will be honored at November 11th event WHO: Sarasota Area Sports Authority (SASA) WHAT: "Diamonds on the Diamond" Annual SASA Gala to benefit Sarasota area athletes The "dress up and decorative sneakers" fundraising event includes dinner, drinks, live music, silent auction and one chance for a drawing for a high-value diamond, courtesy of Hannoush Jewelers of Sarasota. Additional chances can be purchased for $25 or five for $100, with a maximum of 500 chances. AWARDS: Annual awards for SASA Sports Person of the Year and SASA Male & Female Outstanding High School Scholar Athletes of the Year will be announced at the event. The awards include a minimum $1,000 scholarship for each high school athlete and a charity of choice donation for the Sports Person of the Year. ATHLETE & SPORTS PERSON NOMINATIONS: Nominations for Sports Person of the Year and the Male & Female Outstanding High School Scholar Athletes will be taken from local residents and coaches. New Balance Sarasota awards will be given for the best and/or most uniquely designed sneakers!
